ISP Admissions Intern Profile
Purpose of Role
The Admissions Intern will support the Admissions team by generating and updating reports, managing databases, and preparing executive presentations for regional Admissions teams and leadership. The intern will assist in tracking key indicators and controls while working closely with the Data Analyst to keep information organized and readily available for decision-making.

ISP Key Responsibilities
- Prepare weekly and monthly enrollment and pipeline reports.
- Maintain and update control dashboards using Excel.
- Assist in consolidating information from schools across the group.
- Design executive summaries and presentations for regional meetings.
- Support project planning and follow-up activities.
- Coordinate communication across departments to ensure smooth information flow.
- Manage document filing and ensure accurate record keeping.
Skills, Qualifications and Experience
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, charts, and database management.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Basic knowledge of Power BI or other data visualization tools.
- Confident use of PowerPoint to create reports and executive presentations.
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail, focused on data accuracy and consistency.
- Experience organizing files and managing documentation efficiently.
- Ability to write and present clear, professional executive information.
- Skilled in coordinating projects and tracking progress across teams.
